Today Brenda is planning for a new summer taco to add to the Reel Deal Taco lineup. Starting the process is a tour of the local organic farms. Brenda has always had the highest standards for ingredients for topping her fresh fish tacos! The Poseidon Fish Company is the top pick to fillet and pack the freshly caught halibut, tilapia, and cod for the Reel Deal Taco, taco truck. Our culinary magician, Maya, will oversee the daily selection of fresh picks once Brenda has chosen all the producers. What would we do without Maya!?! Once the best vegetables for the season are determined, based on water availability, projected heat index, and customer demand, Brenda will combine the freshest and best tasting organic vegetables, herbs, and garnishes available. Her salsas are known throughout San Diego for the bright flavors and tangy accents Reel Deal Tacos deserve!
